About The Position

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Production Test Technician – Level 1 to join its team in San Diego, California. The role performs day-to-day work in the Filter Test Lab and is 100% onsite; telecommuting is not available. The schedule is 3:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience working with avionics or electronics.
• Advanced education in avionics or electronics.
• Developmental or operational test experience.
• Experience with electrostatic discharge (ESD) and foreign object damage (FOD) control.
• Experience with MS Office products.
• Experience with FAR, ITAR, AS9100, and/or ISO 90001 rules and regulations.
• Experience with filter tuning.
• Experience with RF theory.
