Hiring Event for Production Technicians: First, Second and Third shifts available
About The Position
Commonwealth Fusion Systems is hiring production technicians at a variety of levels to support fusion-energy innovation at its facility in Somerville, Massachusetts. Technicians will build cutting-edge hardware and work on challenging manufacturing projects. The role is offered on weekday first, second, or third shifts. Second shift includes a 10% pay differential and third shift includes a 15% pay differential. The stated base pay range is $30–$47 per hour before shift differentials, depending on experience, level, location, and qualifications. This is a full-time position offering equity and benefits. Selected applicants may be invited to an evening hiring event on November 17 or 18; job offers are expected soon after the event.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of electromechanical parts and assemblies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and wiring diagrams with great attention to detail.
