About The Position

The Production Technician supports the production department by meeting productivity and quality standards. The role involves performing assigned operations tasks, training technicians, promoting safe work practices, and helping maintain production integrity. It also includes supporting production data management and technical evaluation efforts, analyzing production trends, and recommending improvements to streamline team data management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Resolve practical problems and handle varied concrete situations where limited standardization exists.
• Perform operations tasks as assigned in the Master Task List.
• Train technicians on plant operations.
• Promote a safe and healthy production environment and perform safe work practices.
• Maintain high performance standards characterized by integrity.
• Support field personnel and engineering staff in production data management.
• Lead and direct operators to ensure production integrity.
• Create production graphs and analyze production trends using Aries, DSS, Excel, and Access.
• Develop a failure database for artificial lift and assist in analyzing performance.
• Support the team's data management and technical evaluation efforts.
• Recommend new approaches to streamline the team's data management.
