About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Production Technician position for our client. This is a permanent placement role located in Bedford, NH. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 3 pm to 11:30 pm. The hourly rate is $31.82, increasing to $35.00 after 90 days. The role involves performing a variety of production and manufacturing processes in the fabrication and assembly of precision products, including eyeleting, drilling, laser processing, printing/etching, soldering to J-STD-001 standards, and light assembly. Technicians will use hand tools and fabrication equipment, follow established procedures and quality standards, maintain production records, and collaborate with team members to meet production schedules. A clean, organized, and safe work environment is essential, and participation in on-the-job training is expected for continuous development.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work across different production workstations as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Bonding, lamination, and plating experience is preferred.
  • Aerospace and defense industry experience is a plus.
  • 2–3 years of proven work-related production or manufacturing experience preferred; candidates with less experience who demonstrate the appropriate skills and aptitude may be considered.
  • Experience performing hands-on assembly, fabrication, soldering, or other manufacturing processes is preferred.
  • Experience working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of production and manufacturing processes used in the fabrication and assembly of precision products.
  • Perform eyeleting, drilling, laser processing, printing/etching, soldering to J-STD-001 standards, and light assembly.
  • Use hand tools, fabrication equipment, and established manufacturing techniques to complete production activities.
  • Work at a variety of production workstations as business and production needs require.
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to understand requirements, resolve issues, and meet production schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and continuously develop proficiency in assigned production processes.
