About The Position

Zenni is seeking a motivated Production Technician to join their team in Obetz, Ohio. The position involves light physical labor, such as handling frames and lenses for eyeglasses, and contributes to the company's mission of making affordable glasses accessible. Requirements

• 3 + years of manufacturing/industrial experience
• Positive attitude, self-motivated
• Strong organizational skills
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Proactive and have a strong ability to identify & problem solve
• Follow instructions and production schedules

Responsibilities

• Picking and unpacking lenses and frames for customer orders
• Prepping and loading lenses into machines
• Beginner level mounting lenses into frames
• Placing of receipted goods into correct locations
• Maintain good housekeeping, 6S
• Ensure daily / monthly KPI’s are met
• Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e. Health & Safety Awareness)
• Report to management on activities and issues
• Inter-department running
