About The Position

Trek’s Production Technician keeps bicycles running flawlessly and builds relationships that help owners enjoy riding. The technician completes more than 50% of the team’s total repairs. This Lead Technician role focuses on repairing bikes quickly and consistently while prioritizing accuracy and quality. The technician handles the team’s and customers’ most complex repairs and needs elevated technical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The role offers a flexible work schedule, potential for increased pay based on efficiency and production, minimal customer interaction, access to industry-leading tools, and potential paid travel to other U.S.-based Trek stores.
