About The Position

Trek is hiring a Production Technician for Trek Store Gainesville. This Lead Technician role focuses on quickly and consistently completing more than 50% of the team’s total repairs while prioritizing accuracy and quality. The technician handles the team’s and customers’ most complex bike repairs and builds relationships that help bike owners enjoy riding. The role requires elevated technical skills, communication, leadership, and problem-solving. The position offers a flexible work schedule, potential increased pay based on efficiency and production, minimal customer interaction, access to a full complement of industry tools, and potential paid travel to other U.S.-based Trek stores.
