About The Position

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join the Pre-Tunnel Inspection Department. The role works on a team to support customer quality assurance by inspecting garments as they are processed through a steam tunnel. On-the-job training and ongoing cross-training are provided, with opportunities to learn different production areas and advance within the company. The position follows a 40-hour, five-day work week, with Saturdays and Sundays off.

The estimated hourly pay range is $15.25 to $19.06. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic differentials. Recruitment will remain open until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions using American standard units of weight, measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and push up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Count garments.
• Hang garments to be processed through the steam tunnel.
• Visually inspect garments for tears, holes, stains, and damage.
• Ensure garments pass the UniFirst 20-point uniform inspection process.
• Follow safety policies, HACCP requirements, and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the area supervisor or management.
