This specific role is for the 2nd shift production position at the Appleton, WI facility.

Responsibilities

  • Move all finished stock from machines to the designated areas.
  • Make up packaging materials for machines and ensure quality construction.
  • Apply strapping, corner posts, stretch wrap, and labels in a consistent location before moving products to the shipping area.
  • Use specified Company #’s, Customer #’s, and packing material as required.
  • All other reasonable duties as required by Crew Leader and/or Supervisors.
  • Assist in all phases of machine and department operation as needed for breaks, changes or special projects.
  • Maintain an adequate amount of supplies at your workstation. Notify Supervisor or Plant Manager when supplies are low and need to be replenished.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
  • Foster an attitude of lean thinking, sustain improvements and follow lean initiatives.
