About The Position

The Production Worker safely and efficiently manufactures, assembles, and refurbishes motor coils and related traction motor components that meet strict quality standards and customer specifications. This role follows standardized processes, maintains attention to detail, and supports consistent production output. Through teamwork and adherence to safety and quality procedures, this role helps ensure reliable products and on-time delivery to customers.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet 98% of assembled units meeting quality control standards with no rework required.
  • Ability to consistently complete assigned assembly tasks within or ahead of standard cycle times while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to maintain a 100% safety record — no incidents or safety violations.
  • Ability to maintain 98% on-time attendance with no unexcused absences.
  • Attention to detail: Catches mistakes early and follows precise instructions.
  • Manual Dexterity: Skillful with hands and tools; works efficiently with small parts.
  • Dependability: Shows up consistently and does what they say they will.
  • Work Ethic: Maintains production goals and stays focused during repetitive tasks.
