2nd Shift Production Team Member
About The Position
Ventura Manufacturing is seeking full-time Production Team Members to join their growing team. In this role, you will help produce high-quality components and assemblies used in furniture, automotive, and other consumer products. You will work in a hands-on manufacturing environment, learn multiple jobs throughout the production process, and contribute to a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
