About The Position

Essential duties and responsibilities may vary throughout the production areas. The Production Team Member will manufacturer or prep parts in accordance with Cobalt standards, follow all safety and quality guidelines while continually exceeding customer standards, and read and understand paperwork to ensure proper steps are followed. This role conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. The team member may work in a team setting or individually to complete tasks in a timely manner and maintains a clean and safe work environment by complying to safety and 5s standards. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to pass Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) may be required for some positions.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• General math skills required.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving variables in procedures and/or environment.
