About The Position
Life Lyfts is seeking a full-time Production & Installation Team Member for their Wald Manufacturing facility in Wolcott, IN. The company builds mobility and accessibility solutions for farmers and individuals, aiming to help them maintain independence. This role involves hands-on work in building and assembling equipment, welding, fabricating products, and assisting with installations and service calls. Occasional travel for installations and customer projects is also part of the job. The position offers a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts and competitive pay based on experience. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, dependable, and enjoy building quality products as part of a team that improves lives.
Requirements
- Welding experience required
- Mechanically minded and comfortable working with tools
