Production Team Member
About The Position
Co-Dough is hiring full-time and part-time Production Team Members in Newport, Rhode Island. This hands-on, fast-paced role supports daily food preparation and production. Team members prepare ingredients, work with dough, assemble, ice, and package products, and help keep production moving throughout the day. No previous bakery experience is required; training is provided. Starting pay is $16 per hour plus pooled tips, which currently average approximately an additional $8–10 per hour, bringing typical total earnings to around $26 per hour. Schedules include early morning, morning, and daytime shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities
- Help with daily food production and preparation.
- Prepare and measure ingredients.
- Roll, shape, fill, ice, and package products.
- Follow recipes and production instructions.
- Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail.
- Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized.
- Assist with dishes, cleaning, and end-of-shift tasks.
- Help wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.
