About The Position
Columbia Forest Products is seeking dedicated and adaptable individuals to join its dynamic manufacturing team. The role involves rotating through various duties and taking on new challenges to support production. Work may include operating manufacturing equipment, safely moving and organizing materials, performing quality checks, grading materials, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and other assigned manufacturing activities. The position offers a starting hourly rate of $21.00, with wage increases tied to cross-training and developing new skills. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The work environment includes moving machinery, fast-paced forklift traffic, machine noise, and seasonal temperature changes. Employees are expected to use personal protective equipment and follow safety practices.
