About The Position

NexForm is seeking a Production Team Member for its Warrensburg, Missouri location. The role supports production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires attention to detail, quality workmanship, and compliance with plant and work-area safety guidelines. Team members must be able to wear required personal protective equipment and work around moderate noise, dust, heat, moving machinery, and forklift traffic.

The second shift operates either from 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on a 10-hour schedule or from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on an 8-hour schedule. Applicants must be able to work all hours of either schedule. The job involves standing for extended periods, occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, and repeatedly bending and stooping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous working experience in a manufacturing production facility preferred.
• Must be able to work all hours of either the 10-hour schedule (3:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m.) or 8-hour schedule (3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.).
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per day.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to continuously bend and stoop over long periods while performing repetitive tasks.
• Must pass a pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and have adequate means of transportation.
• Ability to work in a factory environment with moderate noise, dust, heat, moving machinery, and forklift traffic.
