About The Position

Columbia Forest Products is seeking dedicated and adaptable individuals to work as Production Team Members in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Team members must be willing to rotate through various duties and take on new challenges to support production. The work may include operating manufacturing equipment, handling materials, conducting quality checks, grading materials, cleaning the facility, and other assigned manufacturing activities. The position requires following written and verbal instructions, applying critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, offering constructive feedback to improve operations, and using personal protective equipment (PPE) to support workplace safety.
