About The Position

Lightweight Manufacturing, a subsidiary of Seaman Corporation, is hiring full-time Production Team Members for an on-site manufacturing role on second shift. New team members work alongside experienced machine operators to learn the production process and develop the skills to operate Radio Frequency (RF) equipment independently. No prior experience is required, and training is provided. The position offers opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth. The work involves physical labor, including moving large or heavy fabric panels, and takes place in a facility where equipment produces electromagnetic and radio frequency interference that may affect certain medical devices.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Basic knowledge of measurements.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of the metric system.

Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare materials by moving, cutting, inspecting, and packing them.
• Support machine operation and production workflow.
• Learn blueprint reading and develop the skills needed to operate RF equipment independently.
• Follow established safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment.
• Work as part of a team to move large or heavy fabric panels.
