About The Position

The Production Team Member – Furniture Build constructs premium seating, lounges, and furniture components used in Barletta pontoon boats. The role involves working with varied materials, tools, and equipment to build high-quality assemblies with craftsmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail. Team members follow production specifications and safety procedures, inspect finished assemblies, and collaborate to meet production goals in an indoor manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred; 2+ years is ideal.
• Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble furniture components, including seat bases, lounges, benches, and related assemblies, according to production specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, measurements, and build sheets.
• Measure, align, and fit components to ensure proper construction, consistency, and quality.
• Prepare and organize materials for daily production and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, craftsmanship, and conformance to specifications before releasing them to the next production area.
• Identify and communicate material, quality, or production concerns to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and support manufacturing operations.
