About The Position

The Production Team Lead is a member of the production team responsible for ensuring quality screens are produced, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the production team. The role works with the Supervisor to achieve daily safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals, and helps ensure the delivery schedule and quality standards are met. The position is onsite in Grand Prairie, Texas, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with overtime as needed and during peak operations from July through December.

• Ability to participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide insights and feedback in English.
• Ability to learn tasks quickly; accuracy-driven, personable, team-oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2–3 years of continued work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish ability.
• Previous related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Supervisor to achieve daily safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Ensure the daily delivery schedule is achieved while maintaining high quality.
• Monitor employee productivity to ensure daily metrics are met.
• Support the production team by ensuring employees have what they need to be productive.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to support timely completion and quality.
