About The Position

The Production Team Lead carries out daily management and supervision of the team’s production, keeps production under control, and arranges and supervises team production and safety. The role ensures the team operates normally, continuously, and efficiently, and works collaboratively with other departments to support smooth production processes.

The Team Lead develops and implements team plans according to the department’s production plan; tracks progress, quality, capacity, and efficiency; manages 5S and civilized production; promotes safety awareness; handles attendance-related tasks; prepares and analyzes daily statistics and reports; oversees shift handovers; and hosts team meetings and other daily employee-management activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Proactive, responsible, diligent, and dedicated, with organizational, command, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs individually or up to 50 lbs with another person.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during working hours.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field may be preferred.
• Solar experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a team plan according to the department’s production plan and organize its implementation.
• Achieve stable production according to the production plan and track progress, including quality, production capacity, and efficiency.
• Manage 5S and support civilized production.
• Enhance employee safety awareness and achieve safe production.
• Manage daily attendance matters, including attendance, overtime applications, and leave requests.
• Perform daily statistical work, prepare related reports, and analyze report data.
• Carry out daily shift handovers to prevent production confusion or delays caused by improper handover.
• Host teamwork meetings and carry out daily employee management, including mobilization, motivation, assessment, and training.
