About The Position

Production Support keeps materials flowing to the production floor across departments. This hands-on warehouse role in an active production plant stages components, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports Team Leaders and Operators to keep production lines running without interruption. The role coordinates material needs, places and tracks orders in Oracle, and supports production transactions, scheduling, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365, M-D Intranet, and Oracle.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate production material needs.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written reports and instructions.

Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Collect the components needed for each item and stage materials according to schedule.
Place orders from the Main Room warehouse using Oracle.
Print carton labels.
Complete weekly cycle counts in Oracle.
Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying that physical inventory matches Oracle quantities.
Assist Team Leaders with transactions and scheduling.
Fill in for Team Leaders during their absence.
Coordinate with Team Leads and Operators to ensure they have the tools and materials they need.
Provide materials to operators in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Check emails consistently and read all reports.
Participate in special projects, including 5S and Lean Manufacturing improvements.
Assist with monthly safety presentations, tests, and One-Point Lessons.
