About The Position

Crystal Finishing Systems is hiring a Production Support team member for its Extrusion department in Senatobia, Mississippi. This Monday–Friday role supports production by straightening and preparing material, checking product quality, assisting with basic press maintenance and repairs, moving material, and packaging finished items to customer specifications. The position requires the ability to lift, load, and carry items weighing up to 150 pounds. Employment offers are contingent on successfully completing a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of production operations and experience in a manufacturing environment.
Previous work experience on an extrusion press; preferred but not required.
Ability to read and operate a tape measure, caliper, and micrometer.
Entry-level computer experience.

Responsibilities

Operate the head/tail stretcher to straighten and prepare material for the finishing saw.
Continuously inspect material for non-conforming issues and watch for product quality issues.
Use appropriate gauges when stretching material.
Assist with simple maintenance and repairs on the presses.
Operate table controls to move material.
Package material according to customer specifications by counting, stacking, bundling, securing, and labeling it.
