About The Position

The Production Support Technician I is an entry-level role that performs basic shop maintenance and cleaning tasks to support manufacturing operations. The position maintains facility cleanliness and provides general assistance to the production team.

Duties include sweeping, mopping, and removing waste; organizing tools and returning them to designated storage areas; supporting laundry operations for shop uniforms and cleaning materials; following established production-floor maintenance procedures; assisting other shop personnel as directed; and adhering to safety protocols.

This part-time position works 15–20 hours per week. The schedule may be flexible within the hours of 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• No formal training or education is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Entry-level position requiring 0–1 years of experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
