About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Production Support Specialist to support our high-tech production environment. In this role, you will ensure smooth material flow, timely replenishment, and uninterrupted production operations within our manufacturing area. You will play a key part in maintaining lean processes, reducing downtime, and supporting efficient cleanroom operations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to stable and efficient semiconductor production operations. As a Production Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling smooth workflow, minimizing downtime, and supporting a world-class cleanroom manufacturing environment. You will collaborate closely with production, logistics, and engineering teams while gaining hands-on experience in lean manufacturing practices.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or material handling, ideally in a high-tech or cleanroom environment.
High level of reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Physically able to move materials and stand or walk for extended periods.
Proactive, structured working style with a focus on maintaining continuous flow.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a cleanroom environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely delivery and replenishment of materials, components, and consumables to production workstations.
Remove finished goods, scrap, and empty material containers from the production floor.
Manage Kanban systems and material call signals to support Just-in-Time production.
Monitor inventory levels at point-of-use and proactively escalate potential shortages.
Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled material staging areas in accordance with 5S standards.
Support adherence to cleanroom procedures, contamination control, and safety standards.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively with operators, logistics, and supervisors to prevent production interruptions.
