About The Position

We are looking for a talented Production Support Associate to join our 1st shift team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Plainfield, IN. In this role, you will make an impact by ensuring safety, compliance and reporting, environmental stewardship, quality assurance, process improvement, mentorship, operational excellence, and team collaboration.

Requirements

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Basic MS office knowledge.
Able to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
