About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Production Support Analyst position for our client. This role involves supporting day-to-day production operations and applications, monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues, and performing issue triage and escalation. The analyst will analyze data to identify patterns and assist with problem resolution, and will develop and use Python scripts for automation, troubleshooting, and support. Collaboration with developers, technical teams, business users, and stakeholders is key, as is identifying opportunities to improve production support processes.

Requirements

• Python scripting, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Production support and application support fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Data analysis and pattern identification.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
• Entry-level technology support experience or strong foundational knowledge of IT/technology.
• Willingness to learn production support tools, processes, and business workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with production monitoring, issue triage, escalation, or technical support is a plus.
