About The Position

Kellanova is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their Rome, Georgia plant and lead their night shift team from 4:30 PM to 5:30 AM. This is an on-site role where the supervisor will be at the heart of production operations, ensuring smooth execution and high performance. The role involves guiding a team of hourly employees, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing safety and/or quality programs in a manufacturing environment
High school diploma or GED
Proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Strong manufacturing aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering accountability and execution
Permanent legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Oversee all activities on your assigned shift, ensuring production goals, material changes, and schedules are met.
Provide direction and servant leadership to your team of operators, helping them grow and succeed.
Champion a “safety first” mindset while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
Apply LEAN principles, 5S, and RCA methodologies to drive process optimization and cost reduction.
