About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead and manage daily operations at our new facility in Atlanta. This role requires a strong leader with a “hands-on” approach who is willing to step in where needed to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, technical ability, and leadership skills, with minimal supervision required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Plant Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and willing to perform operational tasks when required.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to drive as needed for business purposes.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset and accountability.

  • Educational background in Engineering, Technical Studies, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage overall facility operations, including production, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Assume full ownership of site-wide operations, acting as the primary point of accountability for day-to-day performance, safety, and operational readiness.
  • Supervise and coordinate padding/production operations when required and as business volume develops.
  • Act as Logistics Supervisor until business volume supports a dedicated position.
  • Oversee parts department operations, including inventory control, material availability, and coordination with logistics and production teams.
  • Manage and support customer service activities, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and alignment between customer requirements and operational execution.
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory management, and scheduling to support efficient facility operations.
  • Provide leadership during the initial ramp-up phase, with primary focus on logistics, inventory, customer support, and facility setup when padding operations are not yet active.
  • Support operations by working as a forklift operator or machine operator when staff are unavailable.
  • Oversee general building and facility maintenance, ensuring the site remains safe, functional, and compliant with operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across all functional areas of the site.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff, fostering a hands-on, ownership-driven culture.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control.
  • Maintain accurate operational, inventory, and production records.
  • Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, providing clear updates on site performance and operational needs.
  • Supports additional tasks and initiatives as needed to meet departmental and organizational objectives, consistent with the nature of the role.
