We are seeking a Production Supervisor for our 1st and 2nd shifts to oversee and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Issues written and oral instructions to production workers.
Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines.
Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for job completion.
Interprets company policies and safety regulations to workers and enforces them.
Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders, assigns duties, and expedites workflow.
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
Suggests changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase efficiency.
Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving them.
Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
Maintains time and production records.
Estimates, requisitions, and inspects materials.
Confers with other supervisors to coordinate departmental activities.
Performs activities of workers supervised.
Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
