About The Position

Multiple shifts are available. Shift assignment will be based on business needs, and employees must be willing to work any shift as operational requirements change.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years of experience in a production environment
- Ability to display strong interpersonal skills, be accessible and approachable
- Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team, promoting safety and continuous improvement while ensuring top-notch product quality.
- Schedule production priorities, coordinate staff, and manage workflows to hit production goals on time.
- Foster a collaborative environment where employees are motivated and committed to achieving excellence.
- Track and analyze KPIs, adjust strategies as needed, and generate reports for site management.
- Inspect product and sign quality control check sheets as required per quality standards/procedures.
