About The Position

The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning and overseeing daily work schedules and staff assignments. This role involves supervising, training, coaching, evaluating, and developing team members, while monitoring employee performance, attendance, and adherence to procedures and customer expectations. The supervisor will promote and enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) standards, minimize overtime, and improve operational efficiency through process standardization and continuous improvement. This position requires coordination with production and plant leadership to meet business objectives, tracking production output, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions. The supervisor ensures staffing and workflow support production demands and customer needs. This role may involve other duties as assigned. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Experience with hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and lead teams effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, material management, and lean manufacturing principles preferred.
• ERP/Sage experience preferred.
• Forklift certification/experience preferred.
