About The Position

The Production Supervisor leads and mentors a production team, promoting safety, continuous improvement, and product quality. The role coordinates staffing, production priorities, and workflows to meet production goals on time. The supervisor monitors and analyzes key performance indicators, adjusts strategies as needed, and prepares reports for site management. The position also includes inspecting products and completing quality control check sheets in accordance with quality standards and procedures. The shift is 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Requirements

Two years of supervisory experience, with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of experience in a production environment.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to be accessible and approachable.
Ability to use technology and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures.
