About The Position

AMTEC is hiring a first-shift Production Supervisor. This hands-on role directs and supervises production employees to meet delivery deadlines and is responsible for scrap and efficiency rates. The position is full-time and salary non-exempt, with travel of less than 10% of work time.

Requirements

• Ability to problem-solve and maintain equipment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel and Word.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Associate degree and/or two years of comparable experience.
• BATFE-approved Employee Possessor License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees on the production floor.
• Conduct annual employee performance reviews.
• Monitor and prioritize production workflow to meet deadlines.
• Ensure health and safety standards, customer requirements, and company standards are met.
• Provide production employees with daily direction and schedules.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
