Unitex has several Production Supervisor shifts available for its locations in Linden and New Brunswick, NJ locations. We are actively seeking RECENT / NEW COLLEGE GRADS to fill these vacancies.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• Campus/college leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for supervising people
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Solid work ethic, motivated, flexible, and a good problem solver
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON SCHEDULED DAYS - punctuality is a must.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily production requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Managing, training, coaching and disciplining a team of up to 25 people
• Updating reports based on the daily productivity of their department
• Training new employees on plant equipment and safety policies
• Approving weekly department payroll
