About The Position

As an Entry-Level Marketing and Business Development Associate, you'll work directly with customers, community members, and event attendees while developing experience in key business functions, including: Marketing and brand awareness campaigns, Customer engagement and customer service, Sales and business development strategies, Event marketing and promotional outreach, Leadership development and team management, Client relations and communication, Community engagement and fundraising initiatives. This role is designed to help entry-level professionals build real-world experience and advance into leadership and management positions based on performance and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands and nonprofit organizations at promotional events, community campaigns, and marketing activations
  • Engage with customers and community members in a professional, positive, and energetic manner
  • Support event marketing efforts, outreach initiatives, and campaign execution
  • Assist with customer acquisition, fundraising, and brand awareness programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, supporters, and team members
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development programs
