About The Position

This entry-level role is designed to help professionals build real-world experience and advance into leadership, management, and business development positions based on performance and growth. As an Entry-Level Marketing and Business Development Associate, you'll work directly with customers, community members, and event attendees while developing experience in essential business functions, including marketing and brand awareness campaigns, customer engagement and customer service, sales and business development strategies, event marketing and promotional outreach, leadership development and team management, client relations and communication, and community engagement and fundraising initiatives.
