About The Position

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for our 1st shift to lead, coach, and motivate production team members to achieve safety, quality, and output targets. This role involves executing and monitoring production schedules, championing a strong safety culture, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for training and developing employees, communicating shift performance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of production processes and equipment operation
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities
