About The Position

Amerityre is hiring a full-time Production Supervisor to oversee the Production unit at its manufacturing facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Under the general supervision of the General Manager, the supervisor will lead the day-to-day activities of a small team of 6 to 8 employees, learn and become proficient in all manufacturing processes, and support production operations. This is a growth-track position, with strong performance potentially leading to promotion to Plant Manager.

The work takes place in a manufacturing facility, where employees may encounter production noise, machinery, temperature variations, and physical activity associated with manufacturing. Personal protective equipment is required in designated areas. The schedule is four days per week, with 10-hour shifts. Overtime may be required during peak production periods.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing facility.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds at a time.

• Coordinate staffing and maintain production schedules.

• Train, coach, and motivate production employees, including new hires.
• Communicate clearly with team members and plant leadership.
• Identify and resolve production issues using creative problem-solving.
• Organize and maintain records related to production, safety, and personnel.
• Lift up to 80 pounds at a time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
