About The Position

The Production Supervisor is responsible for driving safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations while building a high‑engagement, high‑performance team. This role is fully accountable for end‑to‑end ownership of the assigned manufacturing area, including people leadership, daily management execution, and continuous improvement. The Supervisor establishes and sustains a results‑driven culture grounded in safety, quality, accountability, and continuous learning. This position reports to the Value Stream Leader and is part of the Production department l ocated in Duncan, SC and will be an on-site role . The expected work schedule for this role is 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment with minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing supervisory experience including involvement and knowledge of operations, supply chain, planning, receiving, shipping, and material flow
  • Experience in leading high-performance teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and provides focus to team to ensure alignment on the critical few

  • Experience in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, or otherwise) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive improvements in processes, for Safety, quality, efficiency and cost while sustaining predictable operational performance.
  • Hire, onboard, train, coach, and performance manage associates to build a capable, engaged, and accountable team.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and promote a strong culture of safety ownership.
  • Ensure products meet all customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
  • Drive adherence to standard work and quality systems to ensure consistent, compliant execution.
  • Execute daily production schedules to achieve On‑Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
  • Monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC)
