About The Position

Eaton’s Power Systems Division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Coils). This position is located at our Waukesha, WI (Badger Dr) location. The shift will be from 3:00pm-11:00pm. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. As a Production Supervisor, you will direct departmental activities and initiate/participate in cross-functional activities to accomplish the objectives of safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory, productivity, and continuous improvement, which focuses on removing cost from the business as well as meeting departmental metrics, goals, and objectives.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Three (3) years of Production Supervisor or Team Lead experience in a manufacturing environment
Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of 50 miles of Waukesha, WI will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Nice To Haves

Five (5) years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with lean manufacturing / Operational Excellence in 5S+, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, etc.
Experience in an Engineered to order environment

Responsibilities

Align quality priorities with department requirements and enforce standardized work processes.
Manage daily operations, production priorities, and labor scheduling.
Facilitate shift coordination and effective communication across teams.
Foster continuous improvement and lean practices to achieve world-class performance.
Monitor performance, coach employees, and provide training resources.
Maintain equipment, initiate maintenance, and ensure safe working conditions.
Oversee inventory, expense budgets, and accurate clerical records.
Lead cross-functional teams to improve processes and meet plant goals.
