About The Position

The Production Supervisor leads and mentors a production team, promoting safety, continuous improvement, and product quality. The role schedules production priorities, coordinates staffing, and manages workflows to meet production goals on time. The supervisor fosters a collaborative and motivated work environment, tracks and analyzes key performance indicators, adjusts strategies as needed, and prepares reports for site management. The role also includes inspecting products and signing quality-control check sheets in accordance with established standards and procedures. The shift is 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Two years of supervisory experience, with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in a production environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an accessible, approachable manner.
• Ability to use technology and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures.
