About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct the Production team. This management position has hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results. The supervisor hires, trains, and directs employees in entry-level production roles on a fast-paced shift while ensuring productivity, quality, inventory control, and plant safety requirements are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
