About The Position

Ready Foods is a family-owned company with a strong culture of inclusion and respect. We are seeking a Production Supervisor who embodies servant leadership and humility. With nearly fifty years of manufacturing experience, Ready Foods is a stable, operationally intensive business that embraces lean manufacturing principles inspired by the Toyota Production System. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for executing production goals and objectives during their shift, fostering a safe environment aligned with company values, and building a team culture that supports Ready Foods' mission, vision, and strategic plans. This is a full-time salaried position reporting directly to the Production Superintendent or Manager.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in food production.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Supervisory experience/skills are essential.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures in an industrial environment including HACCP, GMP and SSOP.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
Solid Computer skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
