About The Position

The Production Supervisor leads and manages quality assurance activities to ensure products and processes meet established standards and client expectations. The role fosters continuous improvement and ensures compliance with company and regulatory requirements. The supervisor coordinates daily quality operations and staff, maintains quality systems and procedures, monitors production processes, analyzes quality data, leads audits, and works with internal teams and clients to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles.
Experience leading quality teams and managing quality systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in quality management systems and relevant software tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience.
A degree or background in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, or another technical or engineering field.
Certifications such as Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, or equivalent.
