Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Eaton’s Power Components Division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift to support the rapidly growing demand for its electrical solutions in Beaver, PA. Shift hours are Monday-Friday, 3pm-12am. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates within the United States. The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or operations environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a leader of people.

Nice To Haves
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing OR operations environment.
- At least 1 year as a leader of people in a union environment.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and implement change activities.
- Working knowledge of current manufacturing, engineering, materials management and quality assurance methods and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate employees.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships at all levels in the organization.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and understanding.
Responsibilities
- Foster a safety-first environment and actively promote practices that prevent incidents.
- Implement safety programs to minimize workplace accidents.
- Oversee the allocation of manpower within your assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining 5S+ standards while meeting or exceeding productivity expectations.
- Address safety concerns promptly and take corrective actions as needed.
- Report process and equipment problems promptly and collaborate with relevant personnel for assistance.
- Train, upgrade, and evaluate operators’ skills.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular reviews of operator performance.
- Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to labor contract provisions.
- Apply fair and judicious disciplinary measures when required.
- Keep accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and departmental activities.
- Upkeep employee timecards for accurate and prompt payroll.
