Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing leadership, production supervision, or related operational experience.
Experience working with production schedules, manufacturing metrics, KPI management, and operational problem-solving.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice To Haves

additional technical or manufacturing education preferred.
Experience in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing environments preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to support production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Ensure employees are properly trained, supported, and held accountable to company standards and expectations.
Assign and prioritize work based on production schedules, staffing, materials, and operational demands.
Identify production risks, capacity constraints, or schedule impacts early and communicate mitigation plans proactively.
Partner with the Production Planner and cross-functional teams to manage schedule changes and customer priorities effectively.
Monitor and drive performance against key operational KPIs, including on-time delivery, productivity, quality, rework, labor efficiency, and schedule attainment, using data to identify trends, improve performance, and support business objectives.
Drive root cause problem solving and corrective actions related to missed deliveries, quality issues, and operational inefficiencies.
Support standard work, process discipline, and adherence to manufacturing procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Foster respectful communication, collaboration, and professionalism across all levels of the organization.
