About The Position

As a Production Supervisor, you will supervise manufacturing operations in an assigned department by implementing operational strategies that guide the department toward business results. The role focuses on working with department leadership and employees to achieve production and quality goals while maintaining a safe working environment. The position is located in Warroad, Minnesota. Eligible relocating candidates may receive a relocation benefit package that includes household-goods moving, temporary housing, and relocation-counselor support.

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills, including coaching and mentoring.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive work attitude and ability to hold others accountable for their actions, behaviors, and attitudes.
3–5 years of progressive management, supervisor, or lead experience; manufacturing experience is preferred.
Ability to work with manufacturing and office-based technology systems, including ERP and Microsoft programs.
