About The Position

Columbia Forest Products is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee their operations at the Hearst, Ontario facility. Requirements

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience in production or manufacturing
• Understanding of Lean Systems
• Computer literacy
• Ability to manage unionized workers
• Communicate efficiently in both French and English
• Able to work within a flexible schedule (shift work, during the week, during the weekend, etc.)
• Capacity to cope with adversity
• Have safe work habits
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in wood products, plywood, or veneer preferred, but not required
