About The Position

Lead and manage production operations to consistently meet or exceed efficiency, schedule, and revenue targets, while maintaining world-class safety, quality, culture, and team engagement standards. This role involves maintaining efficiency across all production lines, achieving on-time completion of production orders, ensuring production output meets or exceeds forecasted shipment revenue, and achieving zero lost-time accidents while maintaining a low customer return defect rate. The ideal candidate will drive a safety-first culture and ensure consistent adherence and improvement of quality procedures.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to drive manufacturing efficiency, schedule adherence, and throughput in high-mix, fast-growing environments.
• Uses KPIs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools to guide actions.
• Builds strong, motivated teams; coaches and mentors operators and leaders.
• Thrives in dynamic growth, acquisition integration, and process standardization challenges.
• Works seamlessly with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Clear, concise, and consistent in instructions, reporting, and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ≥85% efficiency across all production lines.
• Proactively identify and remove bottlenecks.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM).
• Achieve ≥95% on-time completion of production orders.
• Ensure production output meets or exceeds the forecasted shipment revenue.
• Achieve zero lost-time accidents.
• Maintain customer return defect rate below 0.3%.
• Actively drive a safety-first culture.
• Ensure all quality procedures are consistently followed and continuously improved.
